OMG I lived here with my dad & his wife before it looked like this & we started renovating it back in early 2000's I have pix of what it was b4 this & the progress we had made back then. This is exactly what my step mother had planned but i'd moved back to NZ before seeing any end results. This is amazing!!! Love it :). Job well done to this gorgeous finished result. Funny how the neighbors properties look pretty much the same.

Yes all is correct, not sure about the international resorts though? not yet, but let's hope Weinam Creek will be the start of what should of and could of happened 20 years ago. It is a double edged sword, development would ruin the laid back and very quiet lifestyle of our SMBI's but development would also probably make our lives a lot easier and make some of us a profit on our loyalty by way of our commitments and investments in the islands
